My newspaper series was published in the Akita Sakigake Shimpo, one of Japan's daily newspapers. It tells the story of Cambodia's authoritarian regime and the people fighting for democracy.
秋田魁新報社の紙面連載。同社とLINE NEWSから配信された特集記事『自由を奪われた国・カンボジアの真実』は、多くの方にご高覧いただくことができました。連載は、この記事に内容を追加し、一党独裁支配に至る事実と、公正な社会を求めて圧政に立ち向かう人々の願いをまとめました。

Focus with Satoshi Takahashi
My newspaper series was published in the Mainichi, one of Japan's national newspapers. This series is the result of two years of work documenting the traditional ways of life passed down in my home prefecture of Akita.
毎日新聞の紙面で約2年間行わせていただいた新聞連載『高橋智史が撮る故郷・秋田』。季節ハタハタ漁、男鹿のナマハゲ、竹うち、院内銀山、桧山茶など沢山の方のご協力を得て取材しました。秋田での撮影は、私自身の原点を見つめることに繋がっていきました。
